Delivery

Standard delivery by Royal Mail is charged at £3.99 and takes 2-5 working days.

Next Day delivery by Royal Mail is charged at £5.99. Orders must be placed by 12pm midday to be received the following day.

Returns

If you didn’t love what you ordered, we are happy to accept online returns within 28 days of your purchase date for a full refund or an exchange for an item of equal value. Items returned after the 28-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned in undamaged, clean condition and in the original packaging they were received where applicable.

We do not accept returns on our hand and body wash.

To make a return, please email info@bidehome.co.uk with your order number. We’ll help you process your return and provide a free shipping label for your item which can be dropped at any Post Office. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 working days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment. Please note we do not refund delivery charges.
